PMUNC fees

PMUNC operates on the following fee schedule. You will pay substantially less if you register early. 

  • Early Registration: Any school that registers and pays all fees before September 14nd.
  • Regular Registration: Any school that registers and pays all fees before October 29th.
  • Late Registration: Any school that registers and pays all fees after October 29th.

How to pay: Our preferred method of payment is through our online payment portal (we accept all major cards), but you may also pay via check. Our Chargé will provide you with more information on how to pay after you register. 


Lodging Fees

Hotel reservations are first come first serve. Please confirm your booking as soon as possible.

PMUNC takes place at the Hilton East Brunswick. We have negotiated discounted nightly rates with the Hilton for the special use of our delegates. The rates are as follows: 

  • Single Occupancy: $149 per room
  • Double/Triple/Quad Occupancy: $159 per room

This means that each delegate in quad occupancy will pay $39.75 per night, or $119.25 for all three nights of the conference. 

All rates are subject to a 7% New Jersey State Tax, and an 8% Occupancy Tax. If applicable, proof of tax-exempt status should be provided to the hotel at the time of booking.

You must state that you are booking your rooms under the "PMUNC Room Block". If you do not mention this, you will not receive the special rates we have negotiated. 


Meal Fees

PMUNC has worked with the Hilton to provide a number of meal options. The plans provide high-quality meals at an affordable price, and are structured to cater to most dietary needs. 

Hotel Meal Plan 1 - Grab-n-go box ($85)

  • 2 Lunches (Fri, Sat)
  • 3 Dinners (Thu, Fri, Sat)

Hotel Meal Plan 2 - Hot buffet style meals ($100)

  • 2 Lunches (Fri, Sat)
  • 3 Dinners (Thu, Fri, Sat)

Hotel Meal Plan 3 - Hot buffet style meals ($115)

  • 2 Lunches (Fri, Sat)
  • 3 Dinners (Thu, Fri, Sat)
  • 1 Breakfast

Hotel Meal Plan 4 - Hot buffet style meals  ($140)

  • 2 Lunches (Fri, Sat)
  • 3 Dinners (Thu, Fri, Sat)
  • 3 Breakfasts (Fri, Sat, Sun)

All rates are subject to a 23% service charge and applicable state taxes. 

Buying the meal plans is highly recommended. PMUNC has coordinated with the Hilton to secure reduced rates on meals bought through the meal plan. However, the hotel will also offer a limited selection of snacks and sandwiches during the conference for individual purchase. 

How to pay: Please refer to the information in the lodging section. Meal plans should be booked concurrently with the hotel rooms. 


Financial Aid

 

 

 

Our Accessibility Fund, launched in 2017, is committed to providing assistance to delegations that would otherwise be unable to attend our conference for financial reasons.

This initiative is aimed at helping underserved, but promising high school students attend PMUNC at little to no cost. Interested delegates may apply using the application form below, and emailing it to pmunccharge@gmail.com.
